Alaska heli skiing and snowboarding with Points
North Heli-Adventures (PNH). We are based out of the beautiful
community of Cordova, Alaska at the Orca Adventure Lodge. PNH
is a place where you will experience adventures beyond dreams.
PNH was created with the intention of providing a true Alaskan
experience for our guests. We chose Cordova as our home base
for operations because of it’s unique location and ambiance.
PNH is the only heli-operation utilizing the southeastern side
of the Chugach mountains. There are more first descents than
one could obtain in a lifetime. PNH has over 1000 square miles
of skiable terrain catering from the intermediate level
recreation skier to the world class athlete. At PNH, taking
care of you, is most important.

Alaska Backcountry Adventures
Operates Heli and fixed wing craft 30 miles from Valdez,
Alaska. Fixed wings will land on flat plateaus, yet skiers are
within a short walk of steep terrain. Their territory is over
1000 square miles in the Chugach Mountains. Only selected
Native Indian preserves are off limits. Skiing is at 6500 feet
up to 10,500 feet, and a full 4000 foot vertical run is
doable. Around 50% of their customers are snowboarders. Pay by
the run - relatively inexpensive.

Chugach Powder Guides
Chugach Powder Guides is operating in the western Chugach out
of Girdwood, Alaska. This is a continuation of helicopter ski
services in Alaska that dates back to 1958. They are based in
the tram lobby of the Alyeska Prince Hotel within 100 steps of
the tramway which services the ski area. They operate under an
exclusive special use permit with the U.S. Forest Service on
terrain very similar to Valdez, except they have some tree
skiing.

Valdez Heli Camps
Unlimited vertical feet of skiing are available over a normal
operating day in the helicopter and/or snowcat with our
premier weekly three or six day packages. 80,000 vertical
feet per six-day package is guaranteed. 40,000 vertical feet
per three-day package is also guaranteed.

Valdez Heli Ski Guides
Valdez Heli-Ski Guides, founded in 1994, will guide you
through Alaska's rugged and pristine Chugach Range, while
educating you about safe mountain travel. We have developed a
strong team of guides over the past 7 years. These guides have
contributed in the ongoing development of refining and
improving of the Valdez Heli-Ski Guides operation.
